Melissa Lund of St. Paul and Austin Murch of Newport News, Va., plan to be married Dec. 16 in Great Lakes Aquarium in Duluth.
Her parents are Wendell and Elizabeth Lund of Barnum. His parents are Thomas and Brenda Murch of Eagle Bend, Minn.
The future bride, a 2005 graduate of Carlton High School, is pursuing a degree from Century College in White Bear Lake, Minn. She works at Caribou Coffee and Applebees, both in White Bear Lake.
The future groom, a 2001 graduate of Eagle Valley High School in Eagle Bend, graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering and is pursuing a master's degree in aerospace engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. He is a research engineer for NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va.
