Miller Hill Subaru will team up with five area animal rescues to collect wish list items, raise funds and unite homeless animals with new families just in time for the holidays.
Each rescue will bring a variety of cats and dogs ready to find a loving home. The event will feature $150 adoption fees for canines and adopters can name their adoption fee for all felines. All animals will be spayed or neutered and up-to-date on their vaccinations.
Those who are not ready to add a four-legged family member can bring in their current companion animal for a Holiday Pet Photo by Duluth Camera Exchange. Each photo package costs $30 and Duluth Camera Exchange donates all proceeds to Animal Allies Humane Society to support ongoing programs.
Community members are also encouraged to "Fill a Subaru" by bringing in items off the wish list. A free microchip and registration will be offered to those donating a wish list item (pets must be present for microchip.)
