A logging truck took a corner too sharply and lost half its load on Avenue B under the Minnesota Highway 33 bridge in Cloquet at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
Some of the logs rolled under a tanker truck stopped at a stop sign on Avenue B under the bridge, which also carries Highway 33 over the St. Louis River. The tanker truck - which was carrying formaldehyde bound for the nearby USG plant - was not damaged.
A second, empty logging truck - seen in these photos - arrived at the scene to pick up the spilled logs.
