CLOQUET — Weather conditions along Cloquet Avenue in Cloquet may have thrown meteorologists for a loop Monday morning, as spectators encountered falling candy and breezy conditions due to all the waving during the 2022 Labor Day Parade.

Candy, flags and politicians were found in abundance as folks lined the street on what some consider to be the last real day of summer.
