DULUTH — The anticipated construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Glenwood Street, Snively Road and Jean Duluth Road has been postponed for a few weeks as St. Louis County awaits the delivery of concrete pipes needed for the project.

Work on the intersection originally was expected to begin in June, with the project slated for completion by Labor Day. The new anticipated start date is July 18, with work expected to continue until the end of September.
The roundabout is designed to improve traffic flow through the busy intersection. It is part of a larger $3.1 million project involving Woodland Avenue between West Arrowhead and Snively roads in the Hunters Park neighborhood.
Roadways in the area will be resurfaced and new signals will be installed at Woodland's intersection with Carver Avenue and Hartley Road.
