The Superior Police Department has issued a notification that a Level 3 sex offender is scheduled for release from prison at the end of the month.
Robert Dale Flaig, 40, will live in Superior when he's released July 31.
Flaig was convicted of two counts of repeated sexual assault of a child in
March 2006.

Flaig is accused of years of abuse of two relatives. He was arrested Aug. 9, 2005, after the girls told a Superior police officer about the abuse, which included intercourse with both girls.
Flaig is described as 6 foot 2, weighing about 240 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
He will reside at 1620 N. 16th St. in Superior for about two weeks after his release. Superior Police Capt. Matthew Markon said the Police Department will hold a community meeting when Flaig has a more permanent address.
