A Level 3 predatory offender has moved to the area of 20th Avenue West and Superior Street, according to the Duluth Police Department.
Dale Arnold Hessler, 57, has a history of sexual contact with boys and girls, ages 4 to 16, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections. Contact included fondling and penetration. Hessler was known to his victims.
Hessler is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 181 pounds and has brown eyes and hair. Fact sheets on him will be available at the Duluth Police Department.
