Phillip Larson won a four-way race for Proctor mayor Tuesday, taking just under 40 percent of the vote total.
Shawn McGovern was second in the race with just over 20 percent. Jason Schwarzbauer and Travis White came in third and fourth, respectively.
Larson, a retired union plumber and pipefitter, is 60.
Incumbent David Brenna didn’t file to run for re-election but did receive write-in votes.
