The ninth annual Lake Superior Open girls soccer tournament begins its three-day run today with 70 teams and 1,100 players competing in nine divisions.
Fields at the Arlington Soccer Complex and Jean Duluth Soccer Complex will be used starting at 2 p.m. today through the championship games in the U-17 and U-18/19 divisions at 2 p.m. Sunday.
East Select Soccer hosts the event.
