Know of a pothole on a state or federal highway in Minnesota? The Minnesota Department of Transportation wants to hear from you.

"MnDOT wants motorists' help," Duane Hill, MnDOT District 1 assistant engineer for maintenance operations said in a prepared statement. "If you notice a pothole on any state, U.S. or interstate highway in northeastern Minnesota, please send us an e-mail or give us a call so that we can quickly repair the roadway."

To report potholes, call either MnDOT's district headquarters in Duluth at (218) 725-2700 or its Virginia office at (218) 742-1100. Pothole locations can also be reported via e-mail to robert.wryk@dot.state.mn.us .
