A Keewatin resident was fatally injured Monday evening when a car turned in front of her motorcycle in Nashwauk.
Adrianne A. Chase, 44, was driving a Harley Davidson motorcycle south on U.S. Highway 169 when an Oldsmobile Cutlass northbound on Highway 169 turned in front of her to go north on Minnesota Highway 65, the Minnesota State Patrol reports. Chase's motorcycle hit the car broadside.
The Cutlass driver, Tiffany R. Staszcuk, 20, of Chippewa Falls, Wis., apparently was not injured.
The accident happened around 6:21 p.m.
