John and Elouise Krebs of Duluth will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a cake-and-coffee open house from 11 a.m. to noon June 15 in Glen Avon Presbyterian Church, 2105 Woodland Ave.
John and the former Elouise Zenner were married June 15, 1958, in Federated Church in Fergus Falls, Minn.
Their children are Randy and Julie Krebs and Louise and Trenton Ziegler, all of Sauk Rapids, Minn., and Eric and Karlin Krebs of Fairfax, Va. They have eight grandchildren.
John retired as a reporter/editor from the Duluth News Tribune. Elouise is a retired teacher who taught in the Duluth and Cloquet school districts.
