Duluth for Clean Water will host a conversation about jobs in the Arrowhead 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 4 at Teatro Zuccone, 222 E. Superior St.

Among the questions addressed are, what are the prospects for new jobs in the Arrowhead? Are there opportunities and proposals that stand to benefit the region as a whole, rather than divide it? How many jobs are we talking about? What are the economic benefits of the proposals? Can we make our region a contributor to the renewable energy economy?

The panel includes Minnesota Sen. Erik Simonson, Duluth City Councilor Joel Sipress, NRRI Executive Director Rolf Weberg, Virginia City Councilor Nevada Littlewolf and Jodi Slick, CEO of Ecolibrium3.

The discussion is followed by a social hour at 3 p.m. with music by Nate Weiler and refreshments from Bent Paddle. For more information go to  www.duluthforcleanwater.org .
