Income limits have increased for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Duluth's various rental and housing rehabilitation programs.

The new income limits are:

* For a one-person household, $32,950 for the public housing and housing rehabilitation programs and $20,600 for Section 8.

* For a two-person household, $37,700 for the public housing and housing rehabilitation programs and $23,550 for Section 8.

* For a three-person household, $42,400 for the public housing and housing rehabilitation programs and $26,500 for Section 8.

* For a four-person household, $47,100 for the public housing and housing rehabilitation programs and $29,450 for Section 8.

* For a five-person household, $50,850 for the public housing and housing rehabilitation programs and $31,800 for Section 8.

* For a six-person household, $54,650 for the public housing and housing rehabilitation programs and $34,150 for Section 8.

* For a seven-person household, $58,400 for the public housing and housing rehabilitation programs and $36,500 for Section 8.

* For an eight-person household, $62,150 for the public housing and housing rehabilitation programs and $38,850 for Section 8.

The income limits are about 5.5 percent higher than before. The last time the limits were raised was in 2006. The limits apply to St. Louis and Carlton counties in Minnesota and Douglas County in Wisconsin.

The HRA manages six apartment buildings in Duluth, as well as more than 250 single-family housing units.
