The proposed Duluth Heights and Lakeview Drive street closures go before the Duluth City Council during its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12 in Duluth City Hall. The public may comment at the meeting.
At 6 p.m., the plans will be presented to the council at its Committee of the Whole meeting.
