The Clayton Jackson McGhie Memorial, Inc. holds its eighth annual "Honoring the Past, Building the Future" dinner 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, March 28 at Greysolon Ballroom. Local activist Claudie Washington is the 2015 honoree.
Participants will join the board of directors for dinner, meet the most recent scholarship recipient, learn about what CJMM is doing to further its mission to foster racial justice through education, reconciliation and healing and make a donation in support of CJMM's activities. Dinner buffet includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
