Honoring Duluth mentors

Nearly 300 participants in the Mentor Duluth program will be the University of Minnesota Duluth Athletic Department's guests of honor this Saturday when the top-ranked Bulldog men’s hockey team and conference rival University of Nebraska-Omaha face off at Amsoil Arena.
It’s the 18th annual Mentor Duluth Appreciation Night and both adult mentors and child mentees get in free, get free food and get to meet the Bulldog players after the game. (The Bulldogs, incidentally, are an impressive 12-4-1 all-time on Mentor Duluth Appreciation Nights.)
The event is made possible through donations from the alumni and friends of the UMD Sports Information Office.
