Katie Hom of Proctor and Joshua Fahlin of Duluth, were married Oct. 20 in Lakeview Covenant Church in Duluth.
Her parents are Craig and Lana Hom of Proctor. His parents are Dan and Janelle Fahlin of Duluth.
The bride chose Jennifer Lau as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Gray, Jill Hammer, Jennifer Fahlin and Kristine Schaak. Savanna Gray was flower girl.
The groom chose his brother, Nathan Fahlin, as best man. Groomsmen were Luke Hom, T.J. Fahlin, Matthew Fahlin and Mark Lau. Cody Lau and Evan Lau were ring bearers.
The bride, a 1998 graduate of Proctor High School, graduated from Lake Superior College in Duluth in 2002 with an associate degree in dental hygiene. She is a registered dental hygienist for Dr. Michael Ludwig DDS in Cloquet.

The groom, a 2000 graduate of Duluth East High School, is a member of the Army National Guard, which he joined in 2000. He works as a security guard at St. Luke's hospital in Duluth.
