Open today but closed Friday: Duluth post offices; Superior post offices open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Duluth city offices; Superior city offices; St. Louis County offices; Douglas County offices open until noon; Minnesota state offices; Minnesota and Wisconsin federal offices; all Duluth library branches open until 4:30 p.m.; Superior library open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Western Lake Superior Sanitary District facilities; and Duluth Transit Authority or STRIDE services.
