A Hibbing man was injured on Friday when he lost control of the motorcycle he was riding.
The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office said Daniel Lee Ellefson, 54, was northbound on county Highway 5 at county Road 136 in Balkan Township at 2:25 p.m. when the accident occurred. He was taken to Fairview University Medical Center-Mesabi in Hibbing with non-life-threatening injuries.
