The annual Minnesota State Harley Owners Group rally is coming to Duluth for the third consecutive year, Thursday through Sunday at the Great Lakes Aquarium.
The H.O.G. rally, which is expected to draw 1,500 riders, will include a parade through the city 6:30 p.m. Saturday, with staging to take place on Railroad Street.
The rally also will have field events and entertainment.
