A man with a history of property crimes such as theft and motor vehicle tampering is the Duluth Police Department's Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week.
Jesse D. Hanninen, 25, is wanted for violating his supervised release conditions, according to police. He's 6 feet tall, weighs 158 pounds and has hazel eyes and blond hair.
Anyone who knows where to find him is asked to call 911.
