An internal power outage in the county-owned Government Services Building in downtown Duluth has closed all offices in the building for today.
The outage has hit county and state offices in the building, said Ellen Quinn, spokeswoman for St. Louis County. Crews were working to solve the problem and bring various computer systems back on line.
All offices in the building on Second Street at Fourth Avenue West are expected to be open as usual on Wednesday, Quinn said. The exact cause of the problem wasn't known.
All other St. Louis County offices and services are open today. For information about needed services, call (800) 450-9777.
