Fundraiser aims to help Duluth crash victim

A fundraiser has been established to help a Duluth man who was seriously injured when he was struck by a vehicle while biking on London Road last week.
Francisco "Frankie" Moreno-Sierra suffered a head injury when he was struck at about 1 a.m. last Friday on the 2300 block of London Road.
Duluth police reported that the driver of the car that hit him appeared to be drunk; the department is waiting for test results before deciding on possible charges.
A GoFundMe page established to help Moreno-Sierra states that he was on his way home from work at the time of the crash, and suffered severe head trauma.
