Happy Friday! The jet stream is still in a trough pattern today and will be through tomorrow. Also, we've got a system coming through the jet that will create enhanced uplift to warrant a 60 percent chance of showers throughout the afternoon. Highs will be near 54. Overnight into Saturday we see a continued 60 percent chance of precipitation, but as temperatures dip into the mid 30s we could have some sleet, snow and rain. I'm not not thinking we'll see much of it stick.
Saturday will be chilly. Lows will be around 37 in the morning and we'll have a 40 percent chance of some mixed precipitation during the early morning. We'll continue to have mostly cloudy skies throughout the day and highs near 48.
Sunday will be our nicest weekend day, with lows around 32, highs near 53 and mostly sunny skies as high pressure pushes in. The trough in the jet stream will finally push east and allow us to warm up and dry out into Monday as well. Lows will be around 41 and highs in the lows 60s with mostly sunny skies.
Make it a great day!
