A cold front will push through the Northland today, giving us a 60 percent chance of showers and thunder.

Rain should accumulate from 0.1-0.3 inches. Expect northwest winds into the afternoon at 10-20 mph. The best chance of rain for International Falls and the Iron Range is before noon and after noon for Duluth and the North Shore. The rain will move through Wisconsin in the afternoon hours.

High pressure builds back for the weekend, giving us mostly sunny skies for Saturday and Sunday with lows near 40 and highs hovering around 70. Monday a weak front will give us a few clouds but we'll stay mild with lows near 46 and highs near 71.
