Breezy northwest winds will take over on Friday. Gusts could get as high as 25 mph. Those planning on being on the water should note that wave activity on Lake Superior will be about a foot high. Dry weather rolls in for the end of the week and into the weekend as an area of high pressure locks some cooler air in place. There is a chance of seeing some light rain along the U.S.-Canadian border today. The weekend looks sunny and comfortable. Temperatures are expected to settle in the mid-70s and the humidity will be comfortable. Showers may return by late Monday into Tuesday.
