Northland weather information, photos and history
The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for the overnight hours into Sunday morning for all of the Northland.
Temperatures are forecast to fall into the 20s across much the region, while staying close to the freezing mark near Lake Superior. This may be a killing freeze for any Northland gardens that have managed to escape earlier frosty nights.
Freeze warnings and frost advisories also are in effect for most of the rest of Minnesota and Wisconsin. More information is available here .
