Good morning, here's your wx discussion for Thursday, June 26:

Today will be another warm day with lots of sunshine and temperatures

warming into the upper 70s to low 80s. Make sure you enjoy it because it

will be gone tomorrow and won't return until sometime next week! We've

been pretty lucky over the last week or so, with summer-like conditions,

finally. ... We really haven't had much to complain about, but you may

start to hear some complaining over the next couple of days starting

tomorrow. A much more pronounced storm system will gather strength as it

develops over the Canadian Rockies today. Showers and thunderstorms will

become widespread to our west overnight tonight and affect us through

the early part of the day tomorrow. As the whole system slides through,

it will actually become cut-off from the strong upper level winds and

slow down, making Friday, Saturday and part of Sunday, a little on the

not-so-pleasant side. The storm system will basically, sit and spin over

us for a 48- to 60-hour period, bringing with it the chance for

scattered showers, isolated thunderstorms and much cooler temperatures.

Keep your head up, though, warmer temperatures look to return by next

week!

Here's your forecast:

Today: Partly cloudy and warm!; HI: 80

Tonight: Increasing clouds, thunderstorms developing west late; LO: 56

Friday: Mostly cloudy with thundershowers early, then redeveloping in
