Fox 21 weather update for Tuesday, Jan. 20
Today: Partly sunny and warmer, west winds 10-15, hi: 22, lo: 4.
I find I'm going through an awful lot of washer fluid in my car this week. And I'm good with that! I enjoy winter as much as any of the four seasons, but by the end of January, I don't mind warming things up a bit. We were plenty cold last week, so if we actually get above normal today, say, with a high of 22 with some sunshine, I will bask in the sunshine and enjoy it! We might get a touch of freezing drizzle late tonight, so be careful with that overnight and Wednesday morning. Wednesday is practically flip-flop weather, with more sunshine, and a high of 30! Whoo hoo! Are we in Kansas? A reality check knocks us back to 20 degrees with a chance for light snow on Thursday, and we will have a much shorter version of last week's cold spell on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with highs between 5 and 10 above, and lows between 5 and 10 below. After what we've been through, that'll be a breeze! The first day of spring is only eight weeks from today! See you on FOX 21 News at 9 and duluthnewstribune.com.
