Heavy rain Monday evening caused flooding in parts of Douglas County.
The National Weather Service in Duluth relayed reports from law enforcement officials, who said 6 to 8 inches of water was covering some roads in the Solon Springs area shortly after 9 p.m.
Authorities had closed the intersection of County Highways A and AA north of Solon Springs because of flooding.
An urban and small stream flood advisory was issued for central Douglas County through early Tuesday morning.
