The four-year starter had 12 goals and 18 assists as a junior and will be counted on more heavily with the absence of 2006 News Tribune Player of the Year Jack Connolly. The skilled ballhandler and captain helped the Hilltoppers to the LSC and Section 7A titles last season.

Senior midfielder

The Hilltoppers' second-leading scorer in 2006 had 22 goals and 13 assists. The aggressive midfielder was a catalyst in a 17-2-2 season. In his senior campaign, Geary will counted on again as Marshall hopes to return the Class A state tournament.

The Thunderhawks captain led the Northland in scoring for a second straight season in 2006 with 26 goals and 13 assists, nine more points than No. 2 scorer and teammate Zach Morse. The two-time News Tribune All-Area Team selection helped the Thunderhawks to a 12-5 regular season mark.
