A garage was destroyed by fire early Tuesday in Normanna Township.
The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office reported that authorities were called to 6407 McQuade Road just after 12:30 a.m. on a report of a garage engulfed in flames. The garage was a total loss, and a home on the property also suffered some damage.
The cause of the fire is believed to be a wood stove, the Sheriff's Office reported. No one was in the garage at the time of the fire, and there were no injuries.
