Three local fire departments will receive a total of $106,418 in federal grants, Rep. Jim Oberstar, D-Minn., announced today.
Solway Township will receive $46,550, the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department will receive $42,750 and Wrenshall will receive $17,118. The departments will use the money for training and to buy equipment.
