"His family is concerned for his welfare," the release read.
Jacobson is described as having short, buzzed blonde hair, a large beard, blue eyes and is around 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing 240 pounds. He was wearing a brown Carhartt jacket and pants, a Pantera T-shirt and Yankees baseball cap. He drives a 2008 gray Dodge Ram with the license plate ELY463.
If anyone knows of Jacobson's whereabouts, has seen him or his vehicle or has had contact with him, they are asked to contact the Ely Police Department by calling 911.
