Eh? Veterans speak at remembrance dinner

Veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan will make presentations on their roles as military and combat engineers in northern Afghanistan at the 10th annual Veterans' Remembrance Dinner in the Duluth Depot's Great Hall on Dec. 4.

Veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan will make presentations on their roles as military and combat engineers in northern Afghanistan at the 10th annual Veterans’ Remembrance Dinner in the Duluth Depot’s Great Hall on Dec. 4.
The dinner will be held from 5-8 p.m. A special menu will be prepared by members of the Arrowhead Professional Chefs’ Association, who are donating their services, and served by members of the University of Minnesota Duluth’s Reserve Officers Training Corps.
All proceeds will benefit the Veterans’ Memorial Hall, a program of the St. Louis County Historical Society dedicated to preserving local veterans’ stories dating from the Civil War to the present.
