Eh? St. Louis River Rendezvous

It’s not often the public gets an invitation to a free event that includes live music, hors d’oeuvres, door prizes and updates on the St. Louis River restoration effort.
There’s all that and more Thursday from 4-6 p.m. at the Park Point Community Club. The Rendezvous is sponsored by the St. Louis River Alliance.
Attendees will be able to learn about restoration and remediation projects in the estuary and  connect with local businesses for fun ideas for river recreation and education. You also can converse with experts from the Wisconsin and Minnesota Departments of Natural Resources, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa about projects on the river.
