Eh? Interested in a career in medicine?

A free event examining the field of medicine for high school students, organized by the Lake Superior Medical Society and the University of Minnesota Medical School-Duluth Campus, will be offered from 6-8 p.m. Nov. 18.

A free event examining the field of medicine for high school students, organized by the Lake Superior Medical Society and the University of Minnesota Medical School–Duluth Campus, will be offered from 6-8 p.m. Nov. 18.
The two-hour gathering will provide insight into what it’s like to attend medical school and feature a panel of experts on admissions and scholarship programs. Physicians in a variety of specialties and medical students will also be on hand to share their experiences.
The event begins with a panel discussion at 6 p.m., and includes a tour of the university’s medical school campus. The event is free but has limited space. Please call (218) 727-3325 or email info@lsmedsoc.org to register by Nov. 14.
