The College of St. Scholastica is offering a 15% one-year tuition discount to new students, excluding traditional undergraduate students, whose employment has been affected by the pandemic.
A financial award, called the COVID-19 Saints Succeed Award, was created for main campus transfer students, online students and nontraditional undergraduate and graduate students starting at St. Scholastica this fall, according to a news release from the college.
“We’re pleased to be able to offer this award as part of our ongoing efforts to be responsive during this challenging time,” Lindsay Schall, executive director of enrollment management at St. Scholastica, said in the news release. “Accessibility to higher education has always been one of St. Scholastica’s key priorities, and today it’s more important than ever.”
In order to meet the criteria for the financial award, the student must be unemployed at the time of their acceptance into their academic program.
