About 100 volunteers and 200 students kindergarten through sixth grade attended the Arrowhead Youth Games on Thursday morning despite some drawbacks. The turnout wasn't as high as previous years because Duluth schools' two-hour delay prevented schools from attending. Weather and construction around campus made outdoor activities for middle school students impossible.
