The City of Duluth Public Works and Utilities staff will be conducting pavement restoration at 34th Avenue East and Superior Street Aug. 7-10 to improve road conditions. This work will close a portion of 34th Avenue East above Superior Street and will impact access on the westbound lane of Superior Street. Westbound traffic will need to follow the detour route down 36th Avenue East to London Road. The eastbound lane will remain open.
