Eat at least three times a day
Try not to go more than four to six hours in your day without eating. This will help you feel fuller, longer. Skipping a meal could make it more difficult to stick to your portion and meal plans, preventing you from reaching your wellness goals. Plan meals ahead of time so that food is ready to be cooked when you get home.
