This morning's rain, along with the forecast for more, has prompted city officials to move the annual Sept. 11 memorial service inside to the Great Hall of the Depot. The event starts at 11 a.m.
The event originally had been scheduled to take place at the archway entrance to Bayfront Festival Park.
