The city of Duluth is looking for volunteers to help with the next phase of the Enger Park restoration project next week.

Volunteers are needed to build an accessible path from the parking lot to the gazebo. Volunteers are invited to help clear rocks and stumps, move base materials, finishing materials and so on.

The work will increase access to a newly constructed grand gazebo capable of hosting large events or groups of people. The gazebo was paid for by a donation from the Julia Newell Marshall Fund.

No experience is necessary, and all ages are welcome. Tools and materials will be provided. City staff will be on hand to direct volunteers and answer questions.

Planned work times are:
