The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect in an attempted sexual assault that occurred about 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
The alleged incident took place on the railroad tracks along the St. Louis River below 86th Avenue West between Concord and Falcon streets.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s to early 30s, 5 feet 9 inches tall, medium build, short thinning light brown hair, clean shaven with glasses. He was wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt with black printing on the front and was traveling on a bicycle.
