The Duluth Police Department still is searching for two suspects who appear to have started a fire at the Veterans Memorial along the Lakewalk.

Several trash cans along the Lakewalk were tipped over and damaged between 11 p.m. and midnight Nov. 13, police said. A small fire was then started at the memorial, possibly from the contents of the trash cans.

Surveillance footage released by police appears to show two men knocking over garbage cans and starting the fire.

Anyone with knowledge of the suspects' whereabouts is asked to call arson investigator Todd Kuusisto at (218) 730-5709.

The Minnesota Arson Reward Project offers rewards of up to $2,500 for information leading to identification of the suspects.
