A 37-year-old man wanted for theft and a probation violation is the Duluth Police Department’s “property crimes wanted person of the week.”
Police say they are looking for Joseph John Thiel, who has two felony warrants out for his arrest. The probation violation stems from a case of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and theft.
Thiel is white, 5 feet 11 and 235 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair. Call 911 with information about his whereabouts.
