A man wanted on a felony warrant for receiving stolen property and criminal damage to property is the Duluth Police Department's latest "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week."
Sylvan Allen Larson III, 23, is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and 155 pounds with light brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information about Larson's whereabouts should call 911.
