Meanwhile, Duluth police announced Thursday the arrest of a man previously listed as their "property crimes wanted person of the week."
Jesse D. Hanninen, 26, was arrested on Thursday afternoon after a foot chase, police said.
An officer spotted Hanninen at 12:12 p.m. in the 200 block of North Second Avenue East, police said. He ran southward with two Duluth officers in pursuit. They caught up with him and arrested him at Second Avenue East and First Street.
Hanninen was taken to the St. Louis County Jail and issued a citation for fleeing a police officer on foot and obstructing the legal process without force.
Hanninen was wanted on three felony warrants for possession of a controlled substance, financial transaction card fraud and burglary, police said.
