Last week's Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week was arrested at his apartment Sunday afternoon, according to the Duluth Police Department.
Andrew James Johnson, 25, had a felony warrant from a burglary and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of stolen property. He was arrested without incident and told a sergeant at the scene that he had decided to turn himself in, according to a news release from Duluth police.
Johnson was named the Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week on Thursday.
